Château Haura Rouge
Vintage 2017

The 2017 Haura has a surprisingly intense bouquet with blackberry, warm gravel and scents of morels on the nose. This is much more outgoint than I expected. The palate is medium-bodied with light tannins that frame the simple, but pure dark berry fruit laced with brown spices on the finish. It has an easygoing personality and should drink well for 4 or 5 years.

Clos Floridène Rouge
Vintage 2017

The 2017 Clos Floridène, the Graves Château owned by Florence and the late Denis Dubourdieu, has a well defined bouquet with perfumed blackberry and iris aromas. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannins, a fine bead of acidity and a judicious sprinkle of black pepper on the finish. This consistent performer just goes and produces (yet another) delicious Graves that comes recommended.

Clos Floridène Blanc Sec
Vintage 2017

The 2017 Clos Floridène blanc has a really classy bouquet, very well defined with citrus lemon, lime and light crushed pebble aromas. This is very pure and focused. The palate is well balanced with a twist of sour lemon on the entry, a finde bead of acidity with a very saline finish. This is a really intersting Clos Floridène thanks to the expressive Sémillon.

Château Doisy-Daëne Barsac
Vintage 2018

Pale golden. Apples, peach, apricots, pineapples, pure and bright fruity nose. Fresh acidity, fresh, detailed, playful, bright, elegant, lovely balance, long.
